Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes/cans
    black beans
  • 1/4 cup
    chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup
    tri-colored chopped peppers
  • 1 tbsp
    chopped jalapeño
  • pinch
    chopped cilantro (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1
    whole lime (juice over salad)
  • pinch
    salt

Instructions

    Rinse black beans and add to large bowl

    Add chopped red onion and peppers to beans

  3. 3

    Add in all seasonings (more or less to match your taste)

  4. 4

    Juice lime over salad

  5. 5

    Add chopped cilantro

  6. 6

    Salt to taste

  7. 7

    Toss together, serve with avocado, and ENJOY!
