Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

2 boxes/cansblack beans

1/4 cupchopped red onion

1/4 cuptri-colored chopped peppers

1 tbspchopped jalapeño

pinchchopped cilantro (to taste)

1/2 tspsmoked paprika

1/2 tspcumin
-
1whole lime (juice over salad)

pinchsalt
Instructions

Rinse black beans and add to large bowl

Add chopped red onion and peppers to beans

Add in all seasonings (more or less to match your taste)

Juice lime over salad

Add chopped cilantro

Salt to taste

Toss together, serve with avocado, and ENJOY!
