Beyond Avocado Toast

  • 1 whole
    ripe avocado
  • half
    lemon or lime
  • pinch
    pink himalayan salt
  • 1 whole
    roma tomato
  • 1 whole
  • 1 slice
    favorite vegan bread
  • 4-8 leaves

    Toast the bread of your choice, leave on side to cool.

    Empty whole avocado into medium bowl and mash along with citrus juice (lemon or lime).

    Season with pink himalayan sea salt to taste.

    Once the mixture is all mashed and seasoned to your liking, spread onto toast.

    Top with chopped tomato, jalapeño and cilantro.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle a dash more of salt on top per your preference and even a little crushed red pepper if you like it spicy!
