Spring Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pintsstrawberries
- 2 pintsblueberries
- 2 pintsblackberries
- 2ripe mangoes
- 1ripe pineapple
- 1star fruit
- 3 tbspcoconut sugar nectar (or maple syrup)
- 1lime
- handfulchopped mint (to taste)
Instructions

Rinse fruit well and pat dry with paper towel.

Chop fruit into pieces that are consistent in size. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters, but leave blackberries and blueberries whole.

Combine strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango and pineapple in a bowl. Drizzle chosen sweetener evenly over fruit

Squeeze the juice of one lime over fruit as well and toss together.

Add chopped mint for garnish.
